How: add a metric (commits/week, hours studied, $ saved). Log the value each week. Once you have 4+ data points, a Shewhart control chart draws μ (mean) and μ ± 3σ limits. Points outside the limits = special-cause variation, flagged as a breach. The system suggests one corrective experiment for next week.
