We need government to regulate the weather.

anon user #3This is not AI, sadly. Notice at one point the water is almost up to the poor kid's shoulders.

It's called "weather". Since you moved to Florida, have you ever gone outside?

anon user #3The issue is more why school wasn't cancelled in the first place. Second the bus should not have been out on those roads.

The kids probably had a good time.

Probably, but walking shoulder deep in flood waters is actually extremely dangerous. The same for driving through them -- even in a school bus. What if the school bus driver lost control and it started floating away into who knows what? The water was high enough where that was actually a pretty big risk.

Not high enough. It isn't a little Toyota. It also leaks a lot.

VP_Spiro_T_CheneyI like the two pickup truck dumbfuqs.
RAM tough!

anon user #3That bus driver was such a dumbass. The water is up to the halfway point on his tires. He could have easily started floating away into a house or ravine with all those kids aboard.

$50,000 down the drain. Those trucks will never be the same again due to electrical issues. And if they attempt to start it before letting in dry out/removing the water, the engine will be toast too.

It was up to the halfway mark on the tires. That's high enough to lose control. In theory it can happen even below that.

Buses are more bottom heavy than they look. They don't try to float like cars do. As long as the critical electrical stays dry, they will be ok.
Have you ever driven a commercial vehicle of any sort?

It won't start floating.

Yes. But not through a flood like that. I'm not a moron.

anon user #3You can go in the comments and see what other actual bus drivers think about this. Real bus drivers, not some moron Trump supporter who thinks they know everything.
