Yep, cuckservatives like Greg Abbott did this to themselves by getting woke globohomo corporations to move from blue states into Texas for "muh GDP".
When those corps move from blue states into Texas, they just end up doing the same things, which is hiring illegal 
and/or infinity H1-B 
into Texas. Many of those spics and street shytters brought into Texas end up voting for Democrats (either legally or illegally) for more gimmedats and to bring more of their relatives into the country.
