Do they still do that stupid Dixville Notch thing? Have they ever done it in mid-terms? Or is that only in presidential elections? Also, I think I heard that the population is basically dying off and there may not even be any people left after a few more elections.

I actually can't find anything about Dixville Notch in non-presidential elections. BTW, in 2024 it was a 3-3 tie for Trump vs. Harris.
