I just got a chicken at Costco while I was getting a chocolate cake for our company's luncheon tomorrow.  $4.99 and it's huge.

That's a good deal.   My wife and were just mentioning how some pork chops and some tasty stuffing can make a little pork go a LONG WAY!   

Then, it's the local Japanese Steak House this weekend.....

Chicken is great after a whole week.
The green tinge really gives it tang.

Instant pasta pack (dry) mixed with water and heaps of fresh broccoli.
