1.  The administration has already affected it with the proposed USPS mail ballot delivery rules.  It's already been reported that fewer mail ballots have been received than at the same time in previous elections.
2.  Attempts to deter in person voting by putting law enforcement, including ICE/CBP, at polling places.
3.  Attempts to challenge election results and make accusations of election fraud when Republicans lose, demanding endless recounts.
4.  The possibility of refusing to seat members of Congress in elections that Trump is challenging.
