Why Delaware?

This is an ICE strategy
It seems like they want this case to go to SCOTUS quickly where all the justices will have no choice but to say they don’t like it but ya, Jesus from Guatemala technically gets in state tuition because he has resided (illegally) for 3 years in state. He is therefore an “in-state resident” and entitled to privileges. That the federal government has a duty to deny entry or deport such people so they don’t dig in like ticks sucking a state dry. Illegals must leave within 90 days of arrival unless they have already arranged a visa (student, worker, whatever) for longer than 90 days.

Plenty of people in Switzerland are from foreign countries (about half) but they are well-vetted before given a visa to stay. No 3rd World trespassers, and yes they have tried.

The EU was furious with Switzerland for not accepting Africans, said it was only fair for them to take a percentage of the garbage.

For a while a great embarrassment was the train station in Como, Italy. It became an illegal alien migrant camp full of Africans trying to enter Switzerland. They were refused entry so just piled up in Como until they could sneak across the border.
