In the 80s & 90s we had high school kids & blacks doing manual labor, plus a legal migrant worker camp set up on the outskirts of town to bring in seasonal Hispanic farm & food processing labor when needed. That model went away because it was expensive. Cheaper for the employer to just pay them hourly and let them manage everything else on their own/dump any problems on society.

WTF is their problem?  The economy is great… the Trump kids are making billions, the Witkoff and Lutnick kids are making billions, the Kushners are making billions.    It’ll all trickle down eventually and everyone will get a share!
