Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death has been revealed.

The “Heroes” actress died as a result of the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine, the Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed on Tuesday.

The manner of death has been ruled an accident.

4-ANPP is a chemical precursor and intermediate used illegally to manufacture fentanyl and related synthetic opioids. Alprazolam, commonly known by the brand name Xanax, is a prescription medication used to treat anxiety and panic disorders.

Methocarbamol is a prescription muscle relaxant, and quetiapine is a prescription antipsychotic medication.
