I reckon that just means we have to move in and make Canada a US territory.   We're not going to let the Chinese or Russians have it, and there is no way the Transgendered Canadian military can stop us. 

The people there now can either stay and become American subjects or citizens - OR - they can go somewhere else. 

Because we are such nice people, we can arrange humanitarian aid flights of maple syrup to the refugees in ELBOWnia.

Do you realize how wildly unpopular Trump’s grudge against Canada is with American voters?  At 28% approval it’s even lower than his Iran war which polls at 29%.
