The Republican midterm convention wrapped up last night with another speech from President Donald Trump, in which he asked the audience to pledge to vote and “cheat like hell.” 

During Cruz’s speech, audience members could be heard shouting that Democrats “should be shot” when the senator mentioned them by name.
