Tom taking Spanky from behind, and surprise, Spanky turns out to have a vagina and becomes pregnant.
But the baby turns out to be a cooked-in-sauce glazed turkey. Later we see the family go for a stroll with tom holding Spanky’s gimp chain. They have Jurji over to Thanksgiving dinner where they eat the turkey without telling Jurji where it came from, and the turkey makes Jurji pregnant.
