Some final words of encouragement while I go back to compiling more data:

We are close to midterms and it's becoming painfully obvious that a LOT of Americans finances are hurting.  The press runs to cheap things to blame like gas prices, but it always avoids the biggest problem of all:  income.   

We have had a surplus of white collar workers for a while because US companies have been doing one megalayoff after another.  Several BIG companies are doing total Indian replacements, like Microsoft and FedEx.   Many employers see the surplus visa cheapness and how large it is and they are willing to take the plunge and fire you.

Who's controlling this abundance?   Congress, and DECADES of very light enforcement of our nation's visa controls.

But in the past 6 months the Trump Administration has finally touched the dials to enforcement levels and has shown its willingness to amend the rules to try to stymie this surplus of foreign workers from plunging the rest of us into the abyss.   They understand it is WE that vote for them, not visa workers who cannot vote.

We're pissed, and we're taking action.  The safest politicians are now losing their jobs over this.  That matters.   And it matters that we keep doing that (DO NOT VOTE FOR VIVEK RAMASWAMY).

It sucks that we have to get mean and nasty, but being polite and agreeable didn't work for H-1B criticism for the past 25 years.   Being nasty and combative DOES work and it's PROVEN to work and it is WORKING NOW.    What does that entail?

- TIP SHEETS TIP SHEETS TIP SHEETS.  Report employer unethical behavior.   Report workers that were brought over who are dumb as a rock and can barely speak any English.    H-1B workers are supposed to have advanced degrees and being clear and communicative is a REQUIREMENT to pass college.   If you're having to train a TGW who said they have a legit  masters degree that's CLEAR IMMIGRATION FRAUD.   Report it!    Use the DOLOIG, USCIS, IER and EEOC tip sheets.   If you know they're a visa overstay, report those DIRECTLY to ICE.   Those people need to be going through the deportation process.
- Stop giving deference or any respect to Silicon Valley tech leaders.   They helped contribute to one chaotic leftist cause after another, including funding ANTIFA terrorists, and they encouraged violent activism until the activists got bored and started torturing their own workplaces.
- Boycott businesses that have made worker replacement a priority.  If you can't totally boycott them, drastically reduce your spending with them as much as you can.     Numbers matter and if replacement is directly impacting revenue, shareholders notice.

You think NIKE shareholders are happy right now?

You may just be one person---but nuisance immigration is a problem that effects everyone in a bad way no matter what your background is.    Let's stop the insanity right now and get off our ass and do something about it NOW.
