dump the ceremonies and keep the compile. peopleware assumed a closed door was a deliverable. my door opens into a zoom grid where everybody restates yesterday. the 80s had one phone and a ship date. we have a velocity chart that measures how often we apologize for the same ticket. i still show up to the standup because the shame types better with an audience.
