I had a Performa 6400 in 1997 with the video capture card. It also came with a free copy of DESCENT.

My employer provided the PowerBook 3400 in that catalog. The slide-in battery was disconnecting on some PowerBook 3400s. Apple's solution was to ship a thck foam strip + a tounge depressor to install the strip inside the battery cavity.
