They'll stop studying in the US.

Our universities have been selling full-price educations as an immigration pathway to international students.
This needs to stop.

4 years is enough for most.  If these students need extra time, the student + school can apply for an exception.  Schools like San Jose State will need an entire department to process exceptions.

DHS should force these students to return home for 5 after graduation.  ZERO work visas during this cooling off period.
