Always important to virtue signal in here.

Anyway, they came out of their rest slightly overproof, but not much. I think they'll be fine.

When resting, I need a solution to keep them from growing into each other, probably some extra cornmeal or something.

I had to sub molasses for the malt syrup, other than that...authentico!
