Remember the first "Judge" was remove for bias and now Shytty without explanation denies a retrial. I smell a rat

The truth is Metcalf was an entitled white privilege punk and the aggressor. All Anthony did was stand his ground IN A PUBLIC VENUE!

The fact that he doesnt get a retrial does not change the fact that they still get to appeal the first
But, with all the deals that have now been tossed out, Karmelo will be very lucky if they dont change the sentence of 35 years into a 70 year sentence.
