The most expensive city I’ve stayed in so far has been Cody Wyoming, probably because of its proximity to Yellowstone.

I wouldn't have noticed unless you mentioned it.
It takes an extra click to see IP details, so I rarely do unless someone is causing an issue.
It is sort of funny that you brought up Denver as my wife and I were just last night talking about the trip we took to Denver back in 2010.

For what it's worth, Denver is still here and the traffic is still shytty, but not as shytty as the traffic in San Francisco.
