Another good reform:  retroactive means tests for inheritances for the last 40 years.  If you were over 400% of poverty at the time of receiving the money, you will have to pay a percentage of it back.

The same for Social Security going back 40 years.  If you have a paid off million dollar home and get $7,000 in pensions, you should have to sell that home and give back the money in full.

Inheritances and social security should only be for the bottom 80%.  In the case of inheritances for those who are wealthy maybe allow $100,000 but that's it.

It's time to put the majority first and correct the imbalance.

Instead of the battle being the bottom 99% vs top 1%, the bottom 99% is now split.

On one side, you have all the blacks, browns, feminists, gays, transgenders, etc.

And their perceived oppressors are heterosexual white christian men in devastated rust belt states.

The populist left no longer chants "we are the 99%", because they don't want to be aligned with "heteronormative cisgendered transphobic neo-nazi white supremacists in rusty pickup trucks".

As for the billionaires & megacorporations, all they have to do is post a LGBT rainbow flag or "Black Lives Matter" flag, and now they're "part of the resistance", and they have an army of brainwashed leftist peasants willing to fight for them.
