I totally agree the Democrats are going to win the House and maybe the Senate.  The problem is they won't have a veto-proof majority and may even have a split Congress.  The next Congress won't pass any bills.  But the country still needs to run so the President will rule it by dicta.  Many lawsuits will result but the Supreme Court will put them all on hold and ultimately rule that the President can act as the emergency spending authority while Congress is incapacitated.  Etch it.
