Yes, delicious.  I love pecans best for some reason, not too many people prefer them, maybe they are too dry. But they are buttery and delicious.  Also macadamias.  Cashews are great nuts too.

I enjoy eating regular peanuts quite a bit, but they do have a lot of omega-6s because they’re often cooked in seed oils. I’m not sure which ones are the healthiest. Air-popped corn seems to be a better option for me.

I like pecans and almonds. 

I am honestly not sure I have ever had macadamias on their own. Usually just in cookies.
