Wrong, the committee voted (only Baggers, of course) to hold him in contempt. It must go to the full Senate for a vote. And even then, it would need to be referred to the DOJ to do anything.
Passage in the full Senate is not a sure thing, since the GOP is down a few votes, and even Bagger adjacent Fetterman doesn't like this shyt.
