You ever watch a grown man try to act normal while something the diameter of a Coors can and longer than a damn sub sandwich is trying to escape its fabric prison? That is power. That is deterrence.

The jean shorts are non-negotiable. Cargo pants would be cowardice. Full length jeans would be hiding the trophy. These shorts ride high enough that the outline of the beast is basically a public service announcement. Kids point. Old ladies clutch their pearls and then stare a little too long. The occasional gym bro does the quick glance-down-and-recalculate-his-entire-life math in real time. I just sip my drink and let the 18-incher do the talking. It has a deeper voice than I do.

I have considered registering it. Probably should. At this length and girth it qualifies as a blunt force instrument under most state statutes. One wrong move in a crowded elevator and somebody is filing a personal injury claim against my dick. Insurance companies refuse to cover me.
