Youtube is almost unwatchable now because of AI slop.  I like history and ancient history and it is filled with crap like "The Sumerians knew cats were descended from the planet of the lizard people and that they act like guardians.  This is all detailed in tablet N-674b."  (and of course no such tablet actually exists)  So you watch this 20 minute video and it is basically a waste of time because it's all AI generated bullshyt with a clickbait title just to get the maximum views.

At the very least AI generated content needs to be labelled.  Even better, have a way to filter it.

1) Only watch videos from your subscribed channels.

2) If you come across an AI slop channel, use the "BlockTube" browser add-on to permanently block that channel, and you'll never see it again, not even in search results.
