That's an incredibly good idea.

I've always wanted to overturn the Miranda Warning.  While I don't strictly find it very dangerous or offensive, the idea that the Constitution somehow requires it while not saying it or even implying it anywhere is itself dangerous.  It's a pure fiction made up by liberals.  Time to spike that, just like Roe v. Wade.

Additionally, the right to an attorney at public expense is a pure fiction also.  Clearly the founders would have said that if they had intended it to be that way.  Instead, it was invented by liberals judges about 180 years after the Constitution was adopted, having been somehow overlooked up to 1963.
