This morning was an audible treat: An hour long thunderstorm with LOUD thunder and rain. No need to water today, it rained BIGLY!!!
I just saw the new Cable TV bill for the Tahoe place. Last month: $422! This month, whit credit for all the boxes returned: $42!!! A 90% reduction!!!!! 
Now, it will be $70 for the speedy internet and no phone.
Still, a house full of paying guests!!!
