Former coworker got the latter from just one jab.. high blood pressure and one of his heart chambers misfiring.  Ablation procedure took care of the heart thankfully..

Was monitored by a hematologist for 2.5 years.  Haven't been to one in well over a year.  They released me, everything is normal.

I'm on 25 to 28 mile bike rides daily, in similar heat.  I stop at Freddy's about 20 miles into the ride for something to eat + their air conditioning. 

Is that enough?
