Phillip_McCavityBy the way once you look at the pictures in the article, I am convinced the problem is not "buckling" but "beams"...the columns in the building
are buckling. And if you look at the column, you'll see that it is so rusted and damaged its lost a great deal of its strength.
I also have to ask the question about converting an office building to residential use. They have different load requirements, so what assessments
were done?
Well, I'm glad they evacuated before anything really bad happened.
