People can get off their ass & vote in person on voting day.

They get to dr appts and the grocery store just fine, they can suck it up and appear in person on voting day.

Exceptions can be made for the truly homebound or the people out of town, but you will need to provide evidence of this inability to leave the house and proof of travels (plane tickets etc) to receive an absentee ballot. Same proof currently required to be excused from jury duty.
