Frugal Tip: don't get fast food. Get a Costco and Sam's membership.

Between the two and their food courts, you don't need fast food.  And it will be 1/5th the price!

I'm not sure why you can't just standardize on one of them.  What does Sam's do that Costco does not?  I haven't been there in a while.

Costco's rotisserie chicken is extremely good.  That's almost a food court item itself.

It's just nice to have both if you travel a lot.

Go to Costco they said. Save money in bulk they said.
I just had to throw away a humongous box of Clif energy bars because someone in my house wanted them/ tried them in the gym, but decided they weren’t that great anyway. Expired now, can’t donate, trash.

Same for another who asked for little adorable serving size Nutella lunchbox packs with tiny breadsticks for dipping. Humongous box of dozens, they had one then left the rest to expire. In the trash.

I’m sure as hell not going to eat that fetish garbage, trying to be nice & buy treats.
In the end I’m thrilled they didn’t eat that shyt and got the ick, healthier that way.

Frugal tip: Patronize perfectly decent mid-range grocery stores like Mariano's (Kroger), Jewel-Osco (Albertson's), and Aldi that DON'T charge a fuqing annual membership fee for what is effectively a limited selection of bulk garbage.

I do that.  Costco sells many things Jewel doesn't sell.  Like quarter pound all beef kosher hotdogs for $1.

Oh, and very cheap gas, cars, office chairs, arcade machines, etc.  I like Costco.  It may or may not be worth the $65 membership but that is not really a very expensive membership unless you are on welfare, and the whole point is to keep people like that the fuq out anyway.

Okay. Stuffing my face with hot dogs is no longer a priority now in my 40s. I guess their pizza was alright.

I remember when Costco arrived in Asia about 20 years ago it waa a huge deal simply because we were so starved for Western-style food products. In the U.S. it seems superfluous especially with the existence of Amazon.

Costco will save you ten times what the membership fee is when you include the cheaper prices on gas and food court food.

That full size Star Wars pinball machine they had about a year back was pretty nice.
