The problem is more they are not used to that. We get those temperatures all the time down here in Florida. Hell I go jogging for over an hour sometimes with a UV index of 11 and a 110 heat index. You get acclimated to it.
People would die up north in Chicago too because they weren't really used to the heat. Down here it is way more rare.
