Not really true.  There have been several legal CCW (person had a permit) shootings here in Chicago over the law few years that I have read about either in the paper or CWB.  In every single case, I recall it has been black on black in response to an attempted robbery, despite the fact that Spanky knows for certain that blacks never commit crimes.

It was my answer to the question "to what purpose?".  It's a perfectly valid answer.  I was taking a long a vigorous walk because it's healthy to do it.  The gun carrying was just for fun.
