They apparently don't let the chicks color their hair in state prison. I think she used to be a workout girl and maybe that isn't possible there either. Still, 58 is pretty old in a general way. She clearly still loves her hair, though. She has kept all of it.

Anyone can exercise anywhere (pushups, bodyweight exercises, aerobics, cardio, etc).

Sure, but a nice set of weight does help most people get maximum workout performance. Especially for turning small women into toned hotties.
