While the body was very dead it was considerably bloated with decomposition gasses.
The guy who found him realized he could ride the corpse like a raft while the corpse gasses released violently and propelled them both across the ocean like a methane jet ski.

Daniel Radcliffe never grew more than 5’-4”.
Did his parents enjoy his child actor success a bit too much and medicate him to remain kid-size for his starring role to continue?
Or did they just pretend he was fine instead of taking him to growth specialist and giving the short kid a lil boost with HGH
