My district is almost a million people. That's huge.
My neighborhood is majority minority and for 75% of the time I have lived here I had a black neighbor. To this day my closest white neighbor is three doors down.

The entire population of my neighborhood is under 800. This includes children.
Precincts and census tracts are not coterminous.
