This is all free even if you count the Medicare taxes I have paid into from 1965!
Free!
I pay $202.90/month for my Medicare Part B which is taken out of my social security check every month. PLUS I pay $295.15 every month for my Medicare G plus an additional $90.30 a month for my Medicare Part D. Total that up and I pay $588.35 every month for my free Medicare!
And don't count any of the thousands and thousands of dollars I paid in Medicare taxes over my working life from 1965. It's all free dontcha know and I love free shyt for me!
Together my wife and I pay very close to $1,200 a month for our free Medicare insurance. If I can afford $600 a month in my free Medicare why can't everyone pay $600 a month for their medical insurance exactly like I do?

This is misleading.
Plan G is an optional Medicare Supplement / Medigap, provided by a private sector insurance company.
The other payments you listed are for IRMAA, which are for high income people. Low & middle income people don't have to make those payments.

Well it is free other than your 2k prescription spend out and co pays. Or if you have surgery they bill you something for that. But you do get it for free, as you are given 6k a month on social security.
You may have paid in, LIKE WE ALL DO, but at this point you are being GIVEN $6k a month.

What we really like about the Plan G is once we pay our Medicare Part B deductible ($283 per year) 100% of everything else is paid for. We do not have any bullshyt co-pays or crap.
As far as being poor I am retired and our family income isn't even $100,000 anymore. Try living on that!

Edit: My mistake. I thought you were paying IRMAA rates. "$202.90/month for my Medicare Part B" is the standard rate.
