How did 700,000 become "many thousands"?  Can you provide an actual link to the proof of excess deaths that have been caused by any reason in Africa over the last 9-12 months?  People croak there all the time of treatable diseases and we never stopped all of them even with USAID.  We don't stop all of them here either.
