Cisco is an edge case. Cisco is always laying people off.

Cisco used to have an "outplacement building" just south of McCarthy Ranch, San Jose side of 880. They had offices space + telephone access so you could look for a new job from this building.

Let's see if Cisco tries to layoff 4,000, while filing for 4,000 smelly, filthy H1Bs.
