Annie Farmer was never subjected to any illegal sexual activity, according to the judge in the 2021 Ghislaine Maxwell trial. That's right, Judge Allison Nathan expressly instructed jurors that they were not to regard anything that allegedly occurred to Annie Farmer as "illegal sexual activity." Annie Farmer had told the FBI in 2006, and as recently as 2020, that nothing which occurred to her with respect to her Epstein-Maxwell encounter was "sexualized."

In 2006, she told the FBI that she didn't want Epstein prosecuted, because she perceived no crime to have been committed. Then her story dramatically changed when she sought to qualify for payouts from settlement funds. She received $1.5 million alone from the Epstein Victims Compensation Program, not to mention the other lucrative funds that became available.
