The weather is nice, the garden looks great and even today's appointment doesn't seem so bad.
Today is also the first day of this year's IDAHO GIVES, which is when Idaho's DO GOOD charities and tens of thousands of Idahoans get together to give MILLIONS to them. Some backwards places have nothing like that, but we do.

Looks like my self proclaimed enemy has worked himself into ANOTHER cheap alcohol induced frenzy, which is a pretty regular thing nowadays.
His problem, not mine.
NOW, as my day became free I decided that a VEAL PICATTA would make a nice dinner. I found some veal, did a masterful trimming job (You people who can afford veal and have prepared it know what I mean) and prepared it like a master! This one is lemon based with no garlic.
An excellent dinner with the wife and a wonderful week is ahead.
