A hearty "FUQ YOU" to anyone who helped bigots and fascists capture the Supreme Court.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ralph Nadar voters and the "lesser of two evils is still evil" assholes who stayed home in 2000.
- Jill Stein voters and the bitter "it was rigged/the lesser of two evils is still evil" assholes who stayed home in 2016.
- Jill Stein/Cornell West voters and the Killer Kamala/Leave it Blank enabling assholes who stayed home or voted for Trump to punish Democrats in 2024.

Do these idiots realize how beaten they will be come November and 2028?
The only way they could win is to cheat, cheat, cheat!
Imagine if Trump runs again and wins in 2028?

Pack the Supreme Court
We had the chance, and many Democrats pushed for it when we got control of the House, Senate and White House between 2020 and 2022. It would be a bold move, and there's some risk involved but this is what we need.
Break the filibuster to pack the court with the most progressive, liberal justices we can find.
If Democrats had been bold enough to do what they could have done, and needed to do during that period of time, we would not be where we are now. Trump would have been prosecuted on the indictments for January 6th long before he could be re-elected, and the court would have reversed the Roe decision and Citizens United, there would have been no Presidential immunity and voting rights would be protected. If only, huh?
No more politics as usual.

There was a 50/50 split in the Senate

There weren’t 60 votes to put it through. Even if only 50 votes were needed, doubtful that Manchin and Scinema would have supported it.

Mister Ed
Never, never, never say "pack"!

When will we Democrats ever learn the first thing about framing?
If you propose to "pack" the Supreme Court, most people will reject the idea outright. It sounds crooked, unfair, underhanded.
And it is. The Court has already been packed by the Republicans, and that is crooked, unfair, and underhanded. The results are there for all to see.
The Court needs to unpacked, expanded, reformed, rebalanced - good heavens, anything but "packed".

If Trump gets to appoint two more Christofascists, not till 22nd Century.
Unless....
Democrats take action next year and then: end filibuster, make DC (and perhaps Puerto Rico) a state, expand Supreme Court to 13 - 15, impeach and remove sitting Justices who perjured themselves in their confirmation hearings, AND take the necessary steps to overturn Citizens United and try to return sanity to campaign financing.

To any civil rights and voting rights the Congress can pass:

Add the sentence to the effect that the Supreme Court may not review this legislation. If one reads the constitution, there is no provision for the Court to rule on congressional actions, i.e., "judicial review.". That was a power the court took unto themselves in the Marbury vs. Madison decision in 1803.
