You missed nothing. The whole video is some weirdly dressed slob guy walking around a Wal-Mart bitching about prices and EBT. No one actually using EBT, no meltdowns over carts of junk food, etc.
My advice for the weird guy:
Shave and get a hair cut
Start dressing like a grownup
Get a fuqing job
