Oh, I don't really feel that way about every black.  Just the statistical modern black American and modern American black society.  On balance, things are not good with them.  Right now I'm reading a book written by a very smart black fellow.  Of course, that didn't stop me from making fun of some current blacks in a statistical manner by pointing out that he has a very traditional name and probably wouldn't have been named that way if he had been born recently.  But I guess that is my thing.  As for this specific person, he's entirely OK as far as I am concerned.  Reading him is knowing that he is smarter than I am.

I read Hillbilly Elegy when it came out. I think it is a good book. He is obviously very intelligent and his assessment of the whyte is spot on.
