> Amazon Tards: How Do You Contact Customer Service?

I've been doing Amazon since '99 and never had a problem I couldn't resolve.  Very few problems period, this was only my second return ever (first for some damage).  Got one now, can't find an option to let them know what the issue is.

Returned two items in one package.  No problem, they gave me a return label.  I sent both items back.  I know both items were in the original packaging because I put a copy of the mailing slip into it and resealed it, as requested.

They are claiming they only got one item back.   The one they correctly said they got back was $30 and the "missing" item is $10.

They are saying they will charge me for the item I "failed" to return in a couple of weeks.

I'd like to inform them that they are dumbasses.   Someone on their side probably took one item out and discarded the other, it was quite small.

There is no place to do that on the return page and I don't see it anywhere else either.

Ideas?
