One factor of many with that operation. They are/were terrible to deal with on every level. I doubt the most recent ownership change will significantly alter the business model, which has always appeared to be quite shytty in every possible way.
People near me love them because they serve a tiny airport with direct flights to florida that lets you miss most of the commercial and TSA bullshyt.
