Yeah that's what the other crosspost said.  I'm guessing he was doing "Israeli carry" too so there likely wasn't a round in the chamber.  He should have known better.  Never pull a gun to intimidate. Especially in a place like Texas.  He's lucky they didn't shoot him.  If it weren't in a pool where they wouldn't be able to carry easily, he probably would have been shot.
