The real question nobody asked: How much is Toms real estate portfolio worth and did he buy the dip on the ceasefire. Tom knows about recurring monthly revenue better than anyone on this forum. If his compound is paid off and generating rental income he is basically running a one-man REIT. Which makes his investment advice actually more credible than 99 percent of the finance podcasters on YouTube who are renters telling you how to build wealth.

HEEKEE: My real Estate portfolio is worth a VERY comfortable income stream for my wife and I, as we live a great life in IDAHO with it. The "how much is it worth" question is exactly that: I could care less how much it's worth on the market. That's for somebody else to give a crap about.
Now, the only thing I bought during this ceasefire was a prescription of medicine and a VERY DELICIOUS burger at BAD BOY BURGERS here in BOISE this afternoon.
I still have to account for all that cash that flowed into my accounts this week, but I can wait for a rainy day this weekend.
