Probably won’t believe it, Yuo = thinking I had avocado toast w/ arugula and mineral water.

My (just finished) delicious lunch today began on Tuesday, when Subway’s special of the day was a 6” tuna sub for whatever cheapo “special” price. As incognito I ordered 2 using the app of course for pickup, to avoid waiting in lines behind unknown possible diseased rif-raff, reduced banal talk with sandwich artist, ordering the special (tuna sub) with NO picky changes & no Karening. The only extra added (through app not through personal bitching) was double protein for a small fee. All quickly ordered outside with no incident. Tuna salad there is devine, no pretentious capers or snails or truffles etc. All paid for from the safety of not going inside. When I’m sure they are ready, make my move, hold breath, go in and grab. Not dressed well, non-designer parka and beanie, modified name or initials cause fuq that. NO tip on app, bring a $10 in to shove quickly in the cash tip jar as I swipe the 2 subs in one move, say thank you and bolt, mission accomplished. No chips, drinks, add ons or attitude.

Open one sub and devour the double tuna filling & red onions, wrap up the rest & toss discretely.
Take the other sub (it was probably free) and stash in subzero at home. Look unidentifiable and likely homeless or foreign, all good.

Now today is Friday (days later) haven’t eaten & feeling weak, open sub and dig out/ devour the double tuna insides. Throw away all the other parts. Delicious & satisfied, not recognized, no interaction with any gay nose ring suck ups.

Less than $12 for a week.

This is true freedom & nobody ever knows.

The other days? Forget to eat. Rock star skinny. Covered by parka for now. It was a gift from housekeeper over 10 years ago, not exactly a Barbour, I like it and fuq everybody with labels.

This is the way.

Mask? No
Sunglasses? No
Fake hair & makeup & disguise? Fuq no.
Shoes? Same Merrill boots I’ve had for 10+ years, discontinued.
Bling & grille & eye candy and sweet ride with driver? Hell no.
Muscled up from a gym & tan & tattooed? Hell no.

This is the ultimate freedom, whether you believe it or not. Completely anonymous. Would not be a celebrity with public image or royalty for anything.

Just checked: the 6” sub special of the day today is Black Forest Ham & cheese for $4.99. Not interested. If you are order double protein for a small fee. No drink or chips cuz that’s gross.

Nah I don’t have or want or need a permit for that. The low-interaction method and not trying to look rich hopefully makes me nearly invisible to predators. The Subway is in a ‘good’ neighborhood.

I’ve also noticed in Europe the nice homes do not have expansive walls of glass and French doors everywhere. Those openings have roll-down metal security shutters for night, and also metal security bars on glass doors, wood doors & windows. Homes are masonry or concrete & openings are smaller. The bedrooms get grouped together in a “night zone” with another barrier door that isolates the sleeping areas from daytime areas. None of this huge master bedroom surrounded by glass with all the other bedrooms far away on the other side of the house for more “privacy”. The night zone gets locked down on top of the house being a fortress at night.
Many Euros do not trust banks after WWII and keep valuables in homes.

But if my situation suddenly changed and I was broke living on a meager social security check and renting a room from somebody, I could probably still treat myself to the same $4.99 tuna sub once a week from Subway, even splurging $1.50 for the extra protein, and retain one of the great joys in life.
