You are citing a paper from 1997 that says that some 17yo girls have sex with some 20yo men.
Quite a bit different than a powerful 60yo fuqing a powerless 16yo.

There's a reason you're limiting it to 20 years old when the article I quoted includes ages older than that. If you had a point you wouldn't need to change the goalposts.
